Refund Policy

How DRIPZN handles refunds, failed payments, cancelled orders, damaged items, and marketplace seller disputes.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Delivery fees may be refundable when the order issue was caused by DRIPZN, the vendor, or the courier.

Payment reversals through the original Card or PayPal method can take several business days after approval.

DRIPZN is a multi-vendor marketplace. Some products are sold by independent vendors, but DRIPZN manages the checkout experience, payment reference, customer support workflow, and refund review process.

When a refund may be approved

A refund may be approved when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, counterfeit, materially different from the product page, or not delivered after the courier investigation confirms loss.

A refund may also be approved when a payment succeeds but the order is not created, when duplicate payment is confirmed, or when an order is cancelled before the vendor starts fulfilment.

  • Damaged or defective item received
  • Wrong size, colour, product, or quantity supplied
  • Product listing materially misrepresented the item
  • Confirmed lost parcel after courier investigation
  • Duplicate or failed payment provider issue

Refunds that may be declined

Refunds may be declined where the item shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, perfume, stains, missing tags, missing packaging, or damage after delivery.

Refunds may also be declined for final-sale products, underwear, swimwear, beauty items, personalised items, or hygiene-sensitive goods unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • Item worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive product opened or used
  • Request submitted outside the review window without a valid reason
  • Customer selected the wrong size or address and the order was fulfilled correctly
  • Product was clearly marked final sale

Refund process

Start a refund request from your order page or contact customer care with your order number, email address, item name, reason, and photos or video where relevant.

We may ask the vendor, courier, or payment provider for supporting information. Once approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method or, where appropriate, issued as store credit.

Refund timelines

DRIPZN aims to review standard refund requests within 2 to 5 business days after receiving all required information. Courier investigations may take longer.

Once a refund is approved and submitted through the payment provider, bank processing times can vary. Card and bank refunds can take several business days depending on the issuing bank.

Partial refunds and delivery fees

A partial refund may apply when only one item in a multi-item order is affected, where a discount was used, or where a fair price adjustment is agreed.

Delivery fees are refunded when the issue is caused by DRIPZN, the vendor, or the courier. Delivery fees are usually not refunded where the customer changed their mind after successful delivery.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you raise a bank dispute or chargeback, DRIPZN may pause the normal refund workflow while the payment provider investigates. We may share order, delivery, and communication records with the provider to resolve the dispute.

We encourage customers to contact DRIPZN support first so we can resolve the matter faster through the marketplace support process.
