Return eligibility
To qualify for return, products must be in original condition with tags, labels, dust bags, boxes, and packaging included where supplied.
Footwear should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Clothing should not be worn for events, shoots, or extended use before return.
- Original packaging and tags included
- No signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or alteration
- Return request opened within the stated period
- Item matches the order record and serial or SKU where applicable

How to start a return
Open your order tracking page, select the item, choose the return reason, upload any requested evidence, and submit the request.
Once approved, DRIPZN will provide a return instruction. Depending on the courier option, this may be a pickup, drop-off, locker, or pickup-point return.
- Go to Orders and select the order
- Choose the item and return reason
- Confirm pickup or drop-off address
- Pack the item securely
- Keep the courier receipt until the return is completed

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to vendor stock availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative item.
A price difference may apply when exchanging for a higher-priced item. If the replacement is cheaper, DRIPZN may refund the difference after the exchange is completed.

Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or final-sale reasons unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Examples include underwear, opened swimwear, earrings, beauty items, personalised items, and items clearly marked final sale on the product page.

Return shipping fees
DRIPZN or the vendor covers return shipping where the product is defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed. Customer-paid return shipping may apply for change-of-mind returns.
If a return pickup fails because the parcel is not ready, the address is incorrect, or the customer is unavailable, a rebooking fee may apply.
