DRIPZN provides marketplace technology, checkout infrastructure, product discovery, support workflows, and administrative tools.

Independent vendors may list and fulfil products through the platform. Vendor identity, verification status, product details, and fulfilment responsibilities may differ by listing.

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under their accounts. Account information must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

DRIPZN may require additional verification for vendors, high-risk orders, suspicious activity, refunds, withdrawals, or administrative access.

Product prices, delivery fees, promotions, coupons, availability, and estimated delivery dates may change before checkout.

An order may be cancelled or refunded if stock is unavailable, a listing error occurs, fraud is suspected, payment fails, or fulfilment becomes impossible.

Users may not misuse the platform, submit false claims, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service, interfere with security, abuse support staff, upload harmful content, or infringe intellectual property.

Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on real product or service experiences.

DRIPZN branding, interface, content, graphics, copy, and design elements belong to DRIPZN or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Vendors must only upload product images, brand names, logos, and descriptions they have the right to use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DRIPZN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the marketplace.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
