Available delivery options are shown at checkout after you enter your address. DRIPZN may offer courier door delivery, pickup-point delivery, locker delivery, or express options depending on your location.
Some vendors ship from different cities, so split fulfilment may apply when your cart contains items from multiple vendors.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated using cart value, delivery address, courier option, pickup method, and vendor fulfilment rules.
Promotional free delivery thresholds can change during campaigns. The final delivery fee is displayed before payment.

Estimated delivery times
Major metro deliveries are usually faster than regional or remote deliveries. Vendor processing time is added before courier transit time begins.
Flash sale, peak season, weather, strikes, address issues, and courier network delays may affect delivery speed.
- Metro door delivery: typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
- National delivery: typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Pickup point: typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

Tracking
When the vendor hands your parcel to the courier, DRIPZN updates your order with tracking details where available.
Tracking events can include packed, collected, in transit, out for delivery, pickup ready, delivery attempted, delivered, or returned to sender.

Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver because the address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or the contact number is unreachable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.
Additional fees may apply for redelivery, address correction, or return-to-sender where the issue was caused by incorrect customer information.
